Here are a variety of materials to help with your screening:

1.Sign-In sheets for people to, well, sign in, when they get to your screening. This is very important -- it gives both you and us the opportunity to follow-up with the people after the screening and encourages them to spread the word about the film. Encourage people to sign-in, but don’t force them. It’s still definitely more important that they see the movie! 2.Posters to display at your screening. You can buy these online, or print out your own.

3.A press release template is now available for you to customize. In order to generate more buzz about the film, contacting your local newspaper or press is a great way to draw people to the event.  You can use this press release template ( (Word document)) to help publicize your screening. Customize however you like, areas to definitely change are in blue, and instructions are in red. There is also a flyer template to customize and hand out.
